Wedding stationery services at Amy Bailey Design

I have so many clients asking me what the difference is between 'house collections', 'bespoke design' and 'tailored design' services I offer so I have put together this blog post to explain each service.

C R E A T I O N -

Every stationery order is totally unique to each and every client.
Depending on which route you have decided to go down the approach to every design I work on has the same body of enthusiasm and excitement.
I start with creating a mood board for each collection, collating wedding trend ideas, art inspiration, colour and typography options.
Below are you the options I have on offer for you.

For in-house collections I plan out the style and mood I want each
collection to look like as a whole, making sure everything is coherent from the save the dates to ‘on the day’ stationery. Using the images, colour & inspiration from the mood board I initially put together this gives me a vision where the stationery will work best in the wedding setting. What flowers the wedding might have, table scape and the venue style.
I cover a range of styles in the house collections that suit a variety of trends.
Each having elegance and style.

Bespoke / custom design projects have the same approach as my in-house
collections, however, this option is entirely bespoke to your wedding style.
If you’re after a design that fits absolutely perfect to your wedding this is
the option to go for. I will work closely with you to make sure it is
everything you want and imagined for your stationery.  I will contact you
via email to organise a phone call, Skype or one to one consultation. During
your consultation, we will talk through your ideas, requirements, styling,
and mood. From here I will create a mood board by collating inspirational
ideas, colour, tone and typography options. I will send you a copy of my
inspiration board and we can chat about the direction. I will then begin
to create your artwork. Depending on the intricacy and requirements will
depend on lead times but this is something we will discuss at the beginning.
With this option you will also have up to 4 design amendments that will
be sent over via PDF format. Once you’re happy with the design I will send
you a physical sample in the post before printing your order.

This option is perfect for the client who already loves an existing design but they want to tweak colours and/or font styles.
This service doesn't include re-designing and/or painting new elements. However, if its something only small you would like adding to the design we can discuss your requirements.

For extras prices are as follows -

Hand drawn maps {start from} £30.00

Venue Drawings {start from} £50.00

If you would like hot foil this is an additional cost too. I blog post all about foil will be coming soon!

I hope this helps and makes everything a little clearer. If you have any specific requirements and are unsure about the whole wedding stationery process contact me and I will be happy to answer any queries you have!

Happy Wedding Planning!
